IMPACT 2 TB: Funding secured for Phase 2 of IMPACT TB

After the successful completion of the first phase of the IMPACT TB project, the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine will implement the second phase in partnership with the Birat Nepal Medical Trust called: IMPACT 2 TB, ‘Implementation Modeling and Validation to Accelerate TB elimination in Nepal’. This new funding will continue our work into refining, optimising and demonstrating the value of mathematical TB models to inform policy for intervention scale up at local and national level.

The project will be implemented in the districts of Mahottari, Bardiya, Pyuthan and Chitwan from January 2020 to December 2022.
